When we started thinking about financial literacy, one thing stood out clearly is that most of us are never really taught how to manage money. We learn through experience, often through trial and error. While that journey teaches us a lot, it also makes us wonder what if we were introduced to these ideas much earlier? Valam Vidya was created from that thought. The intention is not to teach complex financial concepts, but to build simple awareness to help individuals understand money, ask the right questions, and develop better habits over time. Through this initiative, we hope to make financial literacy more approachable and relevant, especially for students and young individuals. If this creates even a small shift in the way people think about money, it would be a meaningful step forward.
